The Akashic Records aka The Book of Life

Collectively, the Akashic Records are a field of energy that holds the past, present, and future knowledge of all things, and it manifests everywhere at once. Within this all-encompassing field are individual energy fields for each being that are immensely vast in their own right. An individual field is known as the Akashic Record, the Akashic Field, or The Book of Life for an individual; and it contains every thought, word, intent, emotion, and deed of that soul from the time it leaves its point of origin until the end of time. This field also holds the deepest meanings and connections between each piece of information, plus the soul’s purpose, callings, talents, and lessons. Information in each soul’s Record becomes available through a certain unique frequency, like a fingerprint encoded into the energies of the universe.

People access the Records in a variety of ways for a variety of purposes. For instance, the famous 20th Century prophet and medium, Edgar Cayce, accessed Akashic information while in a kind of trance state. It was within this state that he was able to bring forth information to heal multitudes as well as to see into the past and future as few have. He gave 14,306 readings that have been well documented and studied, covering over 10,000 topics. He founded the Association for Research & Enlightenment in Virginia in 1931, and this organization still builds upon the information revealed in Cayce’s readings.

Nostradamus also admitted using the field of the Akashic Records to bring forth all of his prophecies, but he worked with methods of access derived from Greek oracles, mysticism, and the Kabbalah. Still other Akashic Record consultants invoke sacred prayers to gain access, or receive information while they sleep or through other rituals.

Famous inventors, musicians, writers, and creators of every type have felt a deep connection to the Akashic Records—even when not consciously aware of it—and have received amazing works from them. The Records indicate that one’s frequency must be aligned a certain way to receive the information imparted. So, to receive a musical composition, one must generally have some musical ability; to receive a literary work, one must be somewhat literate; and to receive an idea about the makeup of subatomic particles, one must have some understanding of laws of Nature or a propensity toward physics. The Akashic Records stipulate that an idea may come forth simultaneously from places on opposite ends of the globe when there is a necessity for that idea. In such a case, more than one person must hold the frequency to accept that particular piece of information.

People who access the Akashic Records frequently receive ideas for inventions or other works long before they come into being. For instance, I received concrete plans for GPS, movies on demand, home PC repair businesses, and ergonomics in the early 1970s. The technology for movies on demand is still in its infancy, but the other ideas have flourished. Some people who access the Records receive information before the fact to avert danger or other misfortunes, for themselves and others.

Certain individuals have the ability to access and utilize the special field of the Akashic Records to help individuals move past blocks to success, relationships, path, prosperity, health, and personal truth. Spiritual counselors, consultants, life coaches, or healers of various types gain access to a client’s Records after receiving informed consent, and then they work through any issues that a client requires clarity or closure. One who accesses the Records on another’s behalf can often empower somebody to release blocks to self-knowledge, purpose, prosperity, or growth very quickly. Once lessons are learned, and the soul’s purpose becomes clear, one is free to move to the next life task. Somebody adept at the Records can see into addictive patterns, the whys of self-defeating behaviors and relationships, the whys of negative habitual responses, and effective ways to create alignment and action in life.

2012 : Prophecies & Gnosis

Perhaps the most significant event of our time is the bombardment of a neutron star August 27, 1998 for five full minutes precisely five years to the day when Mars for the first time in ancient history came closest to the earth-signaling the end of the reign of Rome; two years later and two days later on August 29 Katrina brought down the regime with high winds and devastation-which all leads to the question: what will happen on 2012 when the Mayan calendar ends?

The 5,000 year old Mayan calendar when overlapping the 6000 year old Hebrew calendar aligns up with interesting occurrences at both the beginning and the end. The Mayan calendar begins in the year 666 of the Hebrew calendar; the year 1998 is multiple of 666 times three, while in the Hebrew calendar the letters made to compose the date 5758 could be rearranged to read word Nochus/Serpent.

How will the celestial alignment with the center of the galaxy-known as the mouth of the serpent-which will happen in the year 2012 effect the earth? Some say the world will end, but that is ridiculous because God, the Creator has made many promises about the future that must come true-not for a few, but for us all. There is promised to be a thousand years of peace called the Thousand Years of Woman beginning in 228 years after the event of 2012.

Since the Mayan calendar begins on the year 666 in Hebrew calendar and ends in 2012 of the Roman calendar and 5772 of the Hebrew calendar with 228 years until the end of the Hebrew calendar all begs to be interpreted. The Creator uses numbers and events to send messages to the beloved creation. The number 666 added together makes the word Chai/Life it is the life energy of sexuality which culminates once in each thousand year period.

The year 5000 which occurred three-quarters of a millinium ago was the beginning of the time period known as Ysod/Foundational Secret when all the secrets of the world come out-the beginning of the Renaissance. In every 1000 year period there is an occurrence of the 666 the last happenstance of 666 happened in 1906 and for a hundred years has been playing out until 2006 when the regime fell. Six year later, 2012, the Mayan calendar ends.

In 2012 the Hebrew calendar will ascend to its highest point-5772; the number 72 is indicative to the essence of the human being. The 228 years left until the year 6000 which will constitute the beginning of the seventh and final millennium culminating in the ascension of the united human soul to a new planet-can also be interpreted. Written out in Hebrew the number 228 comprised the word Karachim/Fissures. The year 2012 is an opening, but after the window is closed there still remains a wall between Creator and creation.

By 2012 government will be in the hands of the people and all that stands between the human being and God will be religion; the wall of religion pens us in with dogma and guilt. To bring down religion only requires fissures in the wall; because of its innate weakness religion will fall of its own. Through the fissures in the wall the human soul will merge with the human body; as the resplendent human spirit radiated from the celestial human soul comes to the earth the closer to the Creator we will all become.

On that day, the Name (the creation) and the Creator will be one. A state of consciousness that is oneness with all that is.

Consecration of the Oneness Temple - Been There, Seen That!!!

A great spiritual resurgence is sweeping all across India and the rest of the world as quiet preparations have been going on by many spiritual people with a connection to the divine energies to energize and evolve all of humanity. The efforts of such evolved ones are designed to make us gradually fit to unfold the Divine within ourselves, with much less effort than has been historically necessary.

As Catherine Ponder so eloquently said, "Prayer is the most effective method of renewal and transformation, because in prayer humankind associates with God and not with the problem." Hence, mankind over the centuries, in an effort to associate with God and not the problems, has built magnificent places of worship to house the divine energies and vibrations, and as a place of renewal and transformation for an ordinary person who could come from any part of the world or any walk of life, and amplify the energies and power of his or her prayers to heal or manifest.

The actual "Consecration of the Oneness Temple" was performed after the midnight of 21st April, 2008, Indian Time.

The Oneness Temple is a magnificent three-floor marble structure many times the size of the Taj Mahal, adorned with marble spires and balconies, its centerpiece being the "Golden Ball of Divine Grace" - an actual physical ball of gold in a beautiful base that frames it - that is charged with Divine Energy that induces the necessary neurobiological brain-changes creating higher levels of enlightened consciousness.

The mere statistics of this temple and the inauguration were astounding by normal temple construction standards. An architectural marvel, taking six years to construct, at a reported expense of over 500 crore rupees (crore is an Indian term for ten million) all from contributions from people all over the world, it is a temple based in Hindu traditions, but secular in its vision, open to people of all religious denominations and nationalities. It includes the largest hall without pillars in all of Asia, an enormous 22,500 square feet of a meditation hall where 8,000 Cosmic Beings with very high vibrations in a cosmic state of consciousness, would meditate to purposefully influence the morphogenetic fields across the earth. As with most sacred places of worship in India, it is designed as a microcosm that contains the macrocosm. The sanctum of the temple is a miniature womb of divinity and its towering presence encapsulating a Cosmic Personae. A temple designed to usher in a state of gentle, relaxed openness to make each person more effective, as we open ourselves to an evolutionary force that is so much bigger than anything we have ever known. What is coming out in terms of energy of transformation of humanity from this structure and its surroundings is truly unimaginable, and will not easily fit into the spiritual and intellectual boxes most of us have defined for ourselves.

Location : The place called Golden City, as Varadayapalem, Chittoor District, in the south Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, has come to be affectionately called is famous as a place where many sages have meditated a long time ago. The spiritual and romantic belief is that these places radiate back the energy from all the people who have trodden these mystical, religious or spiritual paths since time began. Such holy places, generally are along the rivers, and/or some hills or mountains which are believed to be on planetary geo-magnetic ley lines. Although the knowledge existed in quite a few civilizations from ancient times in some form or the other, ley lines or dragon lines are one of the most enduring earth mysteries.

Major prehistoric structures of importance can frequently be found to occupy locations where two or more leys intersect with each other. It is also believed that many ancient groves, worshipped by the Druids, sit upon ley lines. An article in New Scientist magazine, published in 1987, suggested that species as diverse as pigeons, whales, bees and even bacteria can navigate using the earth's magnetic field. When these ley lines shift whales are said to beach themselves as their guidance systems have gone haywire. It has been claimed that birds, fish and animals use these lines as compasses, helping them find direction back to breeding grounds and to warmer climates during winter months.

Ley lines are "alignments and patterns of powerful, invisible earth energy said to connect various sacred sites, such as churches, temples, stone circles, megaliths, holy wells, burial sites, and other locations of spiritual or magical importance". (Harper's Encyclopedia of Mystical and Paranormal Experience). In China, they are known as Dragon Currents, in Ireland as Fairy Paths, in the Americas as Serpent Power, as Line of Songs of Aborigines in Australia, while in England, the ley line systems are referred to simply as the Old Straight Track. The general belief is that ancient civilizations were aware of these cosmic lines under the earth and sought to build sacred structures along them in order to tap into their magical properties.

Generally it is believed that electro-magnetic fields can affect the body and mind. Midpoints are important as they are the intersections between competing spheres of influence called covenant points. Noted world-wide for its high concentration of active energy and power, these places are where vortices exist. As per Kathie Dame-Glerum who wrote extensively on ley lines and Earth's power spots, a vortex is a high concentration of energy, a receiving station for direct influences - by definition, a state resembling a whirlpool. It is surrounded by grids where ley lines share a common point of intersection. Some compare the vortex areas to acupressure points on the body, while grids can be compared to the nervous system. At the point where these are concentrated, such as in Sedona, Arizona, in US, emotions are heightened, making it possible for a person to bring out long-held emotional patterns and work on releasing them. Things happen at these points first - on the earth's body as well as on our own. Together, they form a sacred geometric pattern across the earth with universal repercussions.

Vortices are either electric (masculine energy, which shoots outwards as a portal to the cosmos) or magnetic (feminine energy, which attracts and draws the energies towards and into the earth). Like attracts like; therefore, electrical vortices will be connected via ley lines or electrical currents to other electrical vortices. In Sedona, the Bell Rock and Airport Mesa vortices are connected to other major electrical vortices on Mt. Everest, Mt. Ararat in Eastern Turkey and Mt. McKinley (Denali) in Alaska. The magnetic vortex at Cathedral Rock is connected to the major magnetic vortex of Glastonbury Tor in Britain, another recognized site of great regeneration.

As Kathie Dame-Glerum points out, as one meditates in any of the vortices, one is tapping into a universal energy pattern of astounding magnitude. The key seems to lie in certain sound combinations the level of intensity altered by tone and pitch reverberating throughout the universal ley line system: in humming or toning, as reported by guides in certain chambers of the Great Pyramids; in the legendary song of the Sirens; the vibrations of the "OM" chant combining with the human magnetism of the group resounding in a universal spirit of love and healing that is physically felt. The lines themselves become animated during certain seasons of the year by a vital force, a rejuvenating influence that can be drawn through the earth. And the direction of its flow varies with the phases of the moon. When this kind of powerful resonance occurs, as many are aware, balls of golden light are seen floating and flitting above such areas. Prime examples in the western world are the fields in Avebury area of England - particularly around a hill known as "Golden Ball Hill". Glastonbury is another example of a place where golden balls have been seen by people. The Oneness Univercity, the Golden City and the Oneness Temple sit on such powerful ley lines that amplify the vibration, creating a powerful vortex that amplifies the intentions, prayers of those participating, and the resulting blessings.

The Power of 'NOW'

We have all spontaneously experienced the grace of being fully present - moments where time stands still and we overflow with feelings of joy, wellbeing and gratitude. These peak moments surprise us, perhaps while meditating, making love, being in nature, or engaging in a creative activity or an athletic pursuit that we love. The experience of being fully in the Now is when we feel most fulfilled, effective and alive.

Living in the Now has infinitely more to offer than peak experiences. In the present we're connected to our most authentic self; we access our highest potential. It is in the Now that we are healed and build healthy relationships. We discover that which has always been waiting for us: Presence-the felt sense of unconditional love, the rightness and oneness of all things. Here we learn trust and free ourselves from our negative thinking. We are no longer ruled by fear. Simply put, the most important thing we can ever learn is to live in the Now.

Yet, to live consistently in the Now requires that we recognize where we go when we leave it. Consider the question, "Where do I go when I leave the Now?" You will discover there are only four places you can ever go. Your mind will carry you into the past or the future, or into ideas about yourself or others.

Me, You, Past, Future-these four places are the poles of two basic dynamics in our experience of ordinary consciousness. The first: our brain's wiring that perceives time as a movement from past to future. The second: the dualistic, subject-object, nature of our consciousness-as soon as there is self, there is other; the observer and the observed. The subject is "I" or "me." The object can be anything we think about: a person, money, our job, God. Once our minds leave the present, we easily become the victims of delusion. These delusions are self-made, built from the ways that we identify with our stories about ourselves, others, the past, or the future.

The word "story" indicates that our thinking about ourselves, others, the past, or the future is always an opinion, a judgment, or a belief; we cannot ultimately know it to be true. On a rainy day, to say, "It is raining" is a fact. To declare, "It's a miserable day" is both a story and a negative judgment. Our stories become true for us because we believe and identify with them. Each story generates some emotion or feeling in us not intrinsic to the actual moment itself.

When we go into the future, we worry about virtually anything: our health, our finances, our children's futures. Alternately, we hope for virtually anything: a promotion, winning the lottery, the perfect partner. The result of future stories is to fill the Now with fear or hope. Fear creates misery, but hope is also problematical. When we tell ourselves stories that conjure positive feelings, it is generally because we don't know how to connect with and accept what we are actually feeling.

Going into the past, we feel guilt, nostalgia, or regret. We blame ourselves or others for what happened moments ago or decades past. We tell ourselves everything would be better if only we, or they, had acted differently. We burden the present with what we have chosen consciously or unconsciously to believe about the past, rather than discover who we really are in the Now. Living in the past we have no foundation, no true self, to stand on. This new moment, filled with infinite possibility, becomes the victim of recycled misery, or is disappointing because we compare it to some past happiness. Until this moment fills us and is enough, we can never know our own fullness.

When our minds carry us into me (subject) stories, we create grandiose or depressive beliefs about ourselves. By identifying with them, we lose contact with our larger awareness that can allow us to simply see these stories and not become possessed by them. Grandiosity causes us to discount others; depressive beliefs create loneliness and insecurity. Believing these stories we cannot really love ourselves or invite love into our relationships.

Finally, when we move into you (object) stories we become angry, jealous, hurt, or make someone so special we give our power away. These emotions pollute us and blind us to who others really are, while we lose the ability to feel compassion for them.

This ceaseless poisoning of Now by our past, future, me and you stories is the principle source of the conflict, distrust and emotional suffering in our lives and in human affairs. Without them, we discover that we are sufficient just as we are. Life is good. We understand that others are victims of their stories, as we have been, and spontaneously feel empathy for them instead of judgment. To become conscious of who we really are, releases us from so much unnecessary suffering. We feel connectedness, gratitude, and happiness. Learning to live more consistently in the Now, we make peace within ourselves and in our world, for what we do for ourselves, we ultimately do for everyone.

Anger Management

Strong emotions such as anger are dangerous to repress. Heart disease and cancer are the by products of such repression, among other things.

But over the years we've noticed that people who express their anger are control freaks and are toxic in the ways they choose to express themselves.

The afflictive emotions such as anger, jealousy, hatred envy, unwarranted pride, seething resentments are emotional red flags suggesting that the problem lies within.

"It is a spiritual axiom that when ever we are disturbed, there is something wrong with us."

We must learn to cultivate the antidotes to afflictive emotions as they arise. The most powerful antidote to any and all of these toxic emotions is to open the heart and allow compassion for a person--and all people everywhere, to take root and become habitual action.

And the moment we feel these emotions such as anger, a habit of giving it to the Higher Power for transformation may be one of the most powerful antidotes we can practice.

The Higher Power gives us the needed love and compassion as soon as we seek out this kind of unseen help.

We must learn to meditatively cultivate the antidotes to anger such as patience and forbearance.

If you are facing the vile behavior of another person, and you experience an open heart of compassion towards that person, you may notice at the same time that the deplorable behavior is not what is tolerated, only the person.

This distinction, transforming anger towards a person and at the same time having a powerful desire to stop the vile behavior, are two simultaneously human emotions that when practiced together, prevents a person's patience from plummeting into an apathetic and depressive state.

No longer can we afford the luxury of a negative thought, nor can the world. The discipline required to work on ourself is a necessity.

And as soon as we realize that the unseen helpers: the higher guides, angels and Higher Power are here at all times, then anger and fear and all the afflictive emotions are rendered powerless.

And freedom is the magnificent result!!

I Feared.....UNTIL!!!

I feared being alone,
Until I learned to like Myself.
I feared failure,
Until I realized that I only Fail when I don't try.
I feared success,
Until I realized that I had to try in order to be happy with myself.

I feared people's opinions,
Until I learned that people would have opinions about me anyway.
I feared rejection,
Until I learned to have faith in myself.
I feared pain,
Until I learned that it's necessary for growth.

I feared the truth,
Until I saw the ugliness in lies.
I feared life,
Until I experienced its beauty.
I feared death,
Until I realized that it's not an end, but a beginning.

I feared my destiny,
Until I realized that I had the power to change my life.
I feared hate,
Until I saw that it was nothing more than ignorance.
I feared love,
Until it touched my heart, making the darkness fade into endless sunny days.

I feared ridicule,
Until I learned how to laugh at myself.
I feared growing old,
Until I realized that I gained wisdom every day.
I feared the future,
Until I realized that Life just kept getting better.
I feared the past,
Until I realized that It could no longer hurt me.

I feared the dark,
Until I saw the beauty of the starlight.
I feared the light,
Until I learned that the Truth would give me Strength.
I feared change,
Until I saw that even the most beautiful butterfly had to undergo a Metamorphosis before it could fly.

Billing business as ‘sacred pursuit’

This Article appeared in The Economic Times on 2nd Feb 2008.
Authored by Vithal C Nadkarni.

For a country like India, the search for spirituality is hardly new. But when movers-and-shakers, bankers and businessmen from around the world, including a Grammy-award-winning pop singer like Noel Schajris (of Sin Bandera) and Bollywood diva Manisha Koirala, begin to swear by something called Oneness Blessing, you become curious.

Of course, captains of industry running after ‘captains of soul’ aren’t new either. Remember the merchant banker from ancient Magadha, Anathapindika? To please the Buddha, he supposedly bought Jethvana Park by paying as much cash as needed to carpet the vast acreage with gold coins!

In our own times, we've had the Beatles jumping onto Maharishi Mahesh Yogi’s TM bandwagon. And celebs like Sting and Madonna going gaga over yoga. Does that make the Oneness Movement the latest spiritual flavour of the month? More pertinent, why is it being called what the California-based aficionado of awakening, Arjuna Ardagh, describes as “the fastest-growing spiritual development in living memory” in his paean to the movement Awakening into Oneness?

The answer depends on who you are, and where you come from. As Jagdish Capoor, chairman, HDFC Bank, says, “All of us endeavour to approach the Ultimate Truth. But what matters is the way one approaches it. That's where the guidance provided at Oneness helps."

What this does not stand for is an eclectic, do-it-yourself sort of spirituality. For one basic tenet of the movement is that enlightenment cannot be "obtained". In an earlier interview, Sri Bhagawan, who founded the Oneness Movement with his spouse Sri Amma, back in the 1980s in South India, says, "Buddha advocated self-effort, whereas we advocate the opposite. We ask you do nothing."

For some that may evoke visions of mind control and loss of free will. "(However) almost every spiritual tradition has recognised that surrender to divine will, or to a wise guide, may be a saner way to live," assures Ardagh. "`Wash me clean of myself’ says Rumi. `Not my will, but Thy will be done’ says St Thomas Aquinas.”

Says Samadarshiniji, director, Oneness UniverCity, "Oneness is not a cult or a faith that demands any conversion or change in one's beliefs or practices; It's a system that helps you discover the truth of your own faith through a direct personal experience. To quote Sri Bhagawan and Sri Amma: ‘Belief binds. Experience liberates’." That may explain its growing popularity.
